IE: Assuming a Listing fee of 2.5% of the purchase price then:

If your house is Sold for $300,000.00 we will pay you a cash back of $1875.00

If your house is Sold for $400,000.00 we will pay you a cash back of $2500.00

If your house is Sold for $500,000.00 we will pay you a cash back of $3125.00

If your house is Sold for $600,000.00 we will pay you a cash back of $3750.00 and so on.
