Our Service Fees stracture

 

We are having a very flexible Fee stracture and our aim is to help you the landloard and the investor.

 

1)  If you purchase  an Investment property using Octagon realty services we will  fully manage it for Free for the frst year upon signing a % year management contract with us.  

 

2) If you transfer an Investment property to us  from anothr management company we will  fully Manage it for free for the first Year upon signing a 5 year managemnet contract with us.  

 

The fees are based on the gross  income (Rents collected) per month per owner plus 5% GST

 

There is a   8%  Charge  of the gross rent less that $2,000/month/Owner

 

There is a  7% Charge of the cross rent  more than $2,000. and less than $10,000.00/month/Owner.

 

There is a  6% Charge of the cross rent more than $10,000and less than $20,000/month/Owner .

 

There is a  5% Charge of the Cross rent  More than $20,000 /month/owner
