We recently have sold and purchased a new house using Elias Lafazanos owner of  Octagon Realty. The one on one service that Elias gave us was wonderful; he was always just a phone call away. From listing, staging, showing, negotiating and even a great rotisserie chicken dinner on our moving day, Elias was there. We moved from Tottenham to Ajax and Elias even hepl purchased our new house and had to do the hour and half back and forth commutes. His negotiating skills were great and he saved us over 10,000 dollars on the purchase.
